Our system provides an order confirmation number after an online order has been sent.
An email confirming the shipment of items will follow during office hours.

All prices are show Canadian currency.
Only Visa, MasterCard or Paypal payments are accepted except for customers who have a line of credit with Tec-N-Tec.
For security reasons, Tec-N-Tec reserves the right to refuse any order whose delivery address cannot be associated with the credit card holder information or the Paypal account.

Changes or cancellations of orders are not accepted once the order has been shipped.
Orders for items in inventory received before 12:00 pm Eastern time are normally shipped the same day from Montreal, Qc, Canada.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
Only Canada Post can be used as a carrier for delivery to a PO box.

An administration fee of $ 9.00 is required for all orders under $ 100.00 CAD

For all other destinations, shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the destination address provided and the items in the basket.

All orders require a signature on delivery.
If there is no recipient at the time of delivery, the carrier will hold the order at their local depot for 3 days.
The responsibility is with the customer to arrange the pickup of their order at the local depot.

All orders that are declined, returned or unclaimed are subject to a $ 50.00 fee.
The above is in addition to the administration fee and / or shipping charges that such orders may incur.

Before returning any product, the customer must first request and receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
The customer is responsible for all transportation and insurance costs unless otherwise specified by Tec-N-Tec.
Shipping and administration fees are non-refundable.
Products returned under an RMA missing the original packaging and / or manuals and / or accessories may be refused.

In the event of incorrect pricing or product information due to typographical errors or data transfer errors, Tec-N-Tec reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel any order received for any product with an incorrect price and/or description.
Tec-N-Tec sole responsibility shall be to issue a refund to the customer's, at the amount of the original charge.
